I enjoy pushing my artwork and my ideas into exciting new venues by experimenting with various textural materials, from cardboard, to rice and beans. By adding Goldens fluid acrylics to my limited palette I have found its fluidity and luminosity a perfect extension of watercolor. In addition I have pushed my collaged landscapes into a new dimension by creating layers of gessoed and painted foamcore board. Now my paintings jump our of the picture plane creating three dimensions and shadows.
